This rotating honey-processed single origin is selected for its natural sweetness, fruit-forward character, and smooth finish. Honey processing leaves some of the coffee cherry mucilage on the seed while it dries, creating a cup that often tastes sweeter, rounder, and more layered than a traditional washed coffee.
Expect a bright but approachable coffee with notes that may lean toward red fruit, citrus, caramel, golden honey, or cocoa depending on the current lot. This coffee is not flavored with honey. The name refers to the processing method.
