Our Ethiopian Sidama coffee is a delightful journey through the lush highlands of southern Ethiopia. Grown in the renowned Sidama region, this roast brings vibrant notes of ripe strawberry, juicy raspberry, and smooth chocolate, creating a symphony of flavors in every cup and unique flavors as it cools. This coffee embodies the rich, diverse landscape from which it originates.
Sourced from over 940 small-scale farmers, this coffee is carefully processed at the Gafisse processing station in Shantawene, Bensa. Each batch undergoes traditional washed processing, ensuring a clean, bright profile. The beans are then dried slowly on raised African beds for 10-12 days, locking in the vibrant, fruity flavors that make Sidama coffee so special.
